Treatment for acute anterior cruciate ligament tear: five year outcome of randomised trial | BMJ
This is a very well done article that shows that the 5 year outcome after early surgery vs. delayed surgery after ACL (anterior cruciate ligament tear) is not different. The other question that would be interesting is how would non operated ACL patients do, that are not professional but moderately active do?
